This painting was done from a photograph taken on a drive in Canyon de Chelly (pronounced de shea). We hired a Navajo Indian guide to take three of us into the Canyon. It is the most fantastic place and the only way to go into the Canyon! Absolutely stunning ... a must see if you are in northern Arizona!
