Paintings of the trees along the Toccoa River are a large part of my work. I sit and look at the river going by and how the trees are so graceful. At the beginning of Autumn when the leaves are barely showing some color is when I am most intrigued with any of the Autumn colors. I am not normally a person that likes oranges, rusts and yellows. This scene is a restful one for me and I hope you can feel the quiet beauty of it.
