"Country Vision" is from a photo I took near Blue Ridge, Georgia while one of my artist friends and I were visiting several painting locations. I have painted this location a few times plein air (on location from life) and enjoy creating works in the studio from my photos and my plein air pieces. I get to orchestrate the scene as I remember the feeling of everything while I was actually there. This is what I love about being an artist... making the painting my own interpretation of the actual scene. This is an 8" x 10" oil painting.
