I take many photos of trees because I love them. I painted this from a black and white image of a mass of trees, limbs and leaves. It was such fun creating it with the palette knife instead of a brush. It brings back memories of climbing trees and pretending like they were a fort where we could create a look-out for the enemy. We could make up loads of stories when we were in the trees with friends.
