"Early Morning Canoe" is a scene from the Toccoa River one morning during the Adventure Race. Participants were to bike, canoe and hike to finish a course. I loved the way the light was reflecting up under the bridge, and everything had a misty look for the morning. The Toccoa River in this painting is just North of the town of Blue Ridge, GA. It flows North to Tennessee where the name changes to the Ocoee River! It then flows West to become part of the Tennessee River.
