Cypress Evening
Pastel 12" x 9" Price: $600 This painting was done from a photograph taken at Lake Seminole, FL. The sun was just going down and casting an orange glow on everything. The rocks and the cypress knees, along with that golden orange glow was absolutely beautiful and I could not wait to paint it. There was no way I could do it plein air since the sun and colors would be gone in about five minutes.
